Speaker Bio
Brenda Watkins is a Policy Advisor for the Government of Canada Public Key Infrastructure Secretariat. She holds a B.A. in Public Administration from Carleton University. As the Secretariat's Policy Analyst, Brenda has been instrumental in the development of policies, procedures, strategies and discussion papers relating to the use of Public Key Infrastructure in the federal environment. She is currently representing the Secretariat in the drafting of the government's public access strategy, ensuring that privacy is an important consideration of the document.
