Abstract
Speaker's Bio
Mr. Haynes is a visionary and flexible Consultant of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He
specializes in Information Assurance (an integrated approach to security) and
has extensive management and hands on experience with strategic marketing and
tactical implementation of E-Commerce, E-Government and E-Business (B2B) related
products and services. His focus is on protecting organization recovery
processes and protection, detection and reaction capabilities. Mr. haynes has 15
years Information Assurance experience coupled with 20 years banking and
financial credit card industry and has applied his experience to government DOD
& Civilian agencies, domestic and international commercial practices.
Mr. Haynes has been a speaker on Information Assurance across the United States
and in 19 countries. He also served as a lecturer at the National Defense
University instructing US Government Chief Information Officers (CIO's) on how
to effective and efficiently manage a critical infrastructure.
Experience Highlights
- Serve the Executive Office of the President (EOP) developing strategic industry advisory guidance for National Security Council (NSC) and the Critical Infrastructure Assurance Office (CIAO):
- Serve on the Information Assurance Control Board (IACB) for US Government strategic and tactical security direction regarding Department of Defense (DOD and Civilian, and associated agencies):
- Achieved National Security Agency (NSA) certification Information Security Capability Maturity Model and is a certified Common Criteria Evaluator:
- Directed an Information Assurance (IA) team of professionals implementing DOD/Civilian and commercial (domestic and international) Information Assurance products and services in compliance with Presidential Directive Decision (PDD 63 & 67) and the National Plan.
