The Second CACR Information Security Workshop will be held on March 31, 1999 at MasterCard International in Purchase, New York. The focus of this second workshop (and also the subsequent one) is on lessons to be learned from existing Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI) deployments on such issues as interoperability, scalability, usability, and, of course, security. Taking the challenges and issues from the lessons learned and looking at novel, alternative or even recent research approaches or perspectives on protocols, processes and technology that will help provide solutions to meet medium to long-term (and perhaps some short-term) requirements.

  West Side Highway North (past the George Washington Bridge) to the Henry Hudson Parkway. Continue on the Saw Mill River Parkway.   From the exit ramp, make a left-hand turn, onto Route 120 North. (This is Purchase Street). Pass beneath the stone bridge. You will see MasterCard on the left. Take the left and park at the visitor's parking on your left.
• From Route 684 (Westchester)
  Route 684 South to the Hutchinson River Parkway. Take the first exit (Manhattanville Road). At the stop sign, make a left and travel 1/4 mile. MasterCard will be on your right. Take the right and pass in front of the MasterCard front entrance. Park at the visitor's parking on your right.
• From Connecticut
  Merritt Parkway South to Exit 27 (Purchase Street, Harrision). Make a right onto Purchase Street. Make an immediate left onto Manhattanville Road. Make an immediate left to the front entrance of MasterCard. Park at the visitor's parking on your right.
